Sugpo, or Black Tiger Prawn, can grow to be one of the largest prawns, and is renowned by gourmets around the world as one of the best, due to its exceptional taste and texture. This Prawn is a gourmet product that offers a unique dining experience. This prawn comes from protected mangrove forests in Vietnam and is naturally grown.

    Farmed in Seawater Aquacultures. Typically South-East-Asia and South-America. The way of farming (intensive/extensive) has big influence on the product quality and taste. Extensive Aquacultures = no feed & natural habitat (Mangrove forests) is the best way of farming.

  • Flavor

    Black Tiger Shrimps are fantastic succulent with sweet natural flavor, meaty texture and vibrant color in cooked condition.

  • Cooking

    Different sizes offer different delicious possibilities for cooking. While smaller sizes are great to use for Wok meals, bigger ones are perfect for grilling. Consider untreated Black Tigers need less cooking time than treated ones.
